I am so glad to have finally found this path to wellness. I had not been feeling "right" physically and even more so, emotionally for about 10 years and maybe more. Looking back, I could not seem to find the solution or the problem. I was easily irritated, forgetful, and always anxious and on edge. Sleeping through the night, or being able to even fall asleep at all was a thing of the past. I had tried different routes and/or medications with some success, but still felt as though something was lacking.
