I did extensive research on the internet in regard to bio-identical hormones and wanted to get more information. I found Franck's Pharmacy online and wondered if that would be the correct way to get more information. After hearing on the Oprah Show that Robin McGraw (Dr. Phil's wife) had gone to a compounding lab to get more information I called and made an appointment with Deanne Bauman. Even though the appointment was supposed to be one hour, I was there almost 2 hours and never felt rushed. Deanne was wonderful and made me feel instantly comfortable. She also explained the results of my saliva and blood test and exactly how this related to my symptoms. She answered every question and also recommended a doctor (she gave me a full list). When I left Franck's Pharmacy after my appointment with Deanne, I only wished that I had gone and seen her months (or years) earlier. I have started on my bio-identical hormone treatment and I felt better in a week and am continuing to feel better every day. Deanne continues to be an advocate for me and is always there to help in any way. Anyone out there that is thinking about making an appointment or second guessing themselves about going to a compounding lab is just losing the opportunity every day to make themselves feel so much better. I would highly recommend Deanne to anyone, she is a great person!!
