Optional Benefits are designed to allow full time employees to select benefits dependent upon their individual needs. Franck's shares the cost of these benefits. We also provide Retirement Planning Tools! Our Retirement Planning Tools include a 401K with a 100% match on the first 3% of contributions. This plan is vested 100% immediately.
