Conversion Guidelines

It is highly recommended that a patient be slowly weaned off of any synthetic HRT, then tested for baseline levels before converting to Bio-Identical HRT. However, Franck’s Pharmacy realizes that this protocol is not always possible in various situations, and for this reason we would welcome you to call one of our knowledgeable pharmacists to discuss how you may wish to proceed with managing a conversion and new options for bio-identical therapy.

We suggest that men and women be placed on the lowest effective dose to manage symptoms and achieve balance, while monitoring with regular salivary or serum assays and consultations with the patient to determine resolve of symptoms.
