The Surgery Department consists of two fully equipped surgery suites with three board certified surgeons performing a wide range of orthopedic and soft tissue procedures using the most advanced technology available: including a wireless digital radiographic machine (only the second installed in the nation).
The Medicine Department, led by a boarded Medicine Internist, offers internal medicine diagnostics, therapeutics, and intensive care management for all ages of horses – from neonatal foals to adults. Ophthalmology is a recently expanded service with the addition of a board certified ophthalmologist consulting on a weekly basis.
The Ambulatory Service has grown into the largest ambulatory fleet of veterinarians in the southeastern United States. It covers a 50-mile radius of Ocala and offers 24-hour coverage. Each ambulatory clinician carries the necessary equipment to function efficiently and maintain a high quality of medical care.

The Center recently added an under-tack dynamic respiratory scope, the services of a mobile MRI unit, and a chiropractor to its arsenal.
The Equine Reproduction Center, located on 86 acres in Summerfield, Florida. The Equine Reproduction Center (ERC) conducts all aspects of assisted reproduction. As part of the embryo transfer (ET) program, the center maintains the largest recipient mare herd in the southeastern United States.
